Pound Worthy opens at Kingstanding Circle

A new pound shop, ‘Pound Worthy Ltd‘, opened in unit 12 of the Kingstanding Circle shopping precinct (next to Farm Foods) last week.

Packed with two floors of household and garden goods, toys, DVDs and more, all at £1 per item, the store also has a few more expensive offerings, such as the table and chair set seen in our picture.

Manager Mohammed Alwi told TheB44 that the store’s owner lives in London, and that this is the owner’s second store, the first being on Soho Road in Handsworth.

The store is open 9-6, Monday to Saturday, and 10-4 on Sundays, and is the second pound shop at the Circle.
